Terms of Use

By accessing or using MenuFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service. MenuFlow is operated by MenuFlow ("we", "us", or "our").

MenuFlow is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows restaurant and hospitality business owners to create, manage, and publish digital menus accessible via a unique URL and QR code.

The Service includes a dashboard for managing menu content, a public-facing menu page for customers, QR code generation, and analytics tools. Features vary depending on the subscription plan selected.

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is truthful and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or are used in a fraudulent manner.

MenuFlow offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Details of each plan, including pricing and feature limits, are described on our pricing page. All prices are in Euros (€) and exclude applicable taxes.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service in any way that disrupts or interferes with its normal operation
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including restaurant names, descriptions, menu items, prices, and images (\"Your Content\"). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and serve Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content is accurate, legal, and does not infringe any third-party rights. We do not verify or endorse any content uploaded by users.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe to be unlawful, without prior notice.

The Service, including its design, software, features, and the MenuFlow brand, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand elements.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes that affect paid subscribers.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MenuFlow and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
