The MenuFlow software, website design, text, graphics, and other content are protected by:

• Trade secret laws
• International intellectual property treaties

The MenuFlow software is proprietary and confidential. It is licensed, not sold, to users for use exclusively as part of the MenuFlow service.

You may NOT:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Create derivative works based on the software
• Remove or modify any copyright notices
• Use the software outside of the MenuFlow platform

MenuFlow incorporates certain third-party software components that are governed by their respective licenses:

When you upload menu content (restaurant names, item descriptions, images) to MenuFlow, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant MenuFlow a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use all content you upload
• Your content does not infringe third-party rights
• Your content complies with applicable laws

MenuFlow respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us with:

• Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Location of the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact information
• Statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized
• Statement that the information is accurate
• Your electronic signature

MenuFlow actively protects its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use of our software, trademarks, or copyrighted content may result in:

• Legal action under applicable copyright and trademark laws
• Immediate termination of service access
• Claims for monetary damages
• Injunctive relief
